About Sarah

 Hi, I'm Sarah Tague, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in medication management for adolescents, young adults, and women of childbearing age.

 I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, and many other mental health concerns. My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I take the time to listen, explain options clearly, and work with you to find a treatment plan that truly fits your life. Whether you prefer in-person or telehealth visits, my goal is simple: to help you feel steady, supported, and confident as you move through life's changes.

Education & Experience: 

I have been working in the mental health field since I was 20 years old, starting as a psychiatric nursing assistant at my university hospital. I haven't left the field since.
(Inpatient child psychiatry, Inpatient geriatric psychiatry, Inpatient mood & eating disorders, Residential services, Day programming, Case management for the homeless, Behavioral health intervention, Young adult intensive outpatient program, Child/Adolescent partial hospitalization, Outpatient clinic prescribing)

🎓Undergraduate: 

Bachelor's degree in Psychology-The University of Iowa.

Nursing Degree-Goodwin College. 

🎓Graduate: 

Master's degree in Nursing (Family Psychiatry)-The University of South Alabama
